Why Choose This Meal
Even your four-legged family members can get in the festive spirit with this five bird ‘roast’. Premium cuts of turkey, duck, pheasant, goose and partridge are dressed with seasonal parsnips and cranberries for an extra Christmassy finishing touch.
Mighty Meats
First we have turkey. A lean source of protein, turkey is rich in B vitamins for energy, phosphorus and magnesium for healthy bones, selenium for immunity and more.
Duck is high in iron and packed full of flavours that dogs find irresistible, while goose is a novel protein, which adds some all-important variety which helps beat the boredom, but provides beneficial nutrients too. A source of healthy fats, goose aids healthy skin, coat and joints, and its rich flavour will be irresistible to your dog.
Then we have partridge, another novel protein that’s relatively lean and rich in beneficial nutrients like magnesium, potassium, calcium and vitamin B12. And finally pheasant which is naturally rich in potassium which is essential in ensuring a healthy nervous system.
Vitamin Boosting Veg + Berries
After all, what would a Christmas dinner be without all the trimmings? We include carrots, parsnips and seasonal greens which are not only a source of fibre which aids digestion, but they contain vitamin C and K which aid a healthy immune system too. A sprinkle of cranberries provide vitamin E to support skin and coat health, and they’re a source of antioxidants too.
The Finishing Touches
As a final flourish, we’ve added a splash of olive oil and sustainably sourced herring oil which are both a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids, ensuring healthy skin, coat and joints. And finally beef bone broth which is nourishingly hydrating and packed with things like phosphorus, calcium and magnesium which support teeth and bone health.
