Nettle leaves (Urtica dioica) – Anti-inflammatory, diuretic, nutritive, anti-diarrhoeal, high levels of flavonoids. Shown in studies to aid in arthritis treatment, allergies and renal disease.
Dandelion (taraxacum officinale) – Diuretic, cholagogue (improves bile function and flow), digestive tonic.
Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) – Alternative (gradually changes the body’s set point to allow balance), immunostimulant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, local anaesthetic (topically), vulnerary (healing), carminative (gut calming).
