Black Sunflower Seeds are high in oil which makes it a great source of nutrition for birds. Birds enjoy sunflower seeds all year round but they are particularly good to feed in Winter, when natural food is harder to find.
The black oil sunflower seed is high in protein, fiber, calcium, vitamin b-complex, vitamin e, potassium and iron.
Can be fed straight or added to seed mixtures to increase nutritional value. Feed from tube feeder for best results.
